Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
  • Formal culinary training preferred
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Lead dining room operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences
  • Guide and support team members to deliver excellent service
  • Oversee service flow and coordinate with kitchen staff
  • Manage POS systems and operational procedures
  • Ensure compliance with alcohol and food safety regulations
  • Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members, including Spanish-speaking staff
