Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years relevant restaurant experience
- prior leadership or management experience
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- compliance with state alcoholic beverage laws if applicable
- physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and communicate verbally
- adherence to company safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff in accordance with company policies and legal regulations
- recruit, interview, train, assign, direct, appraise, reward, and discipline employees
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- assist with job duties as needed
- build store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales building activities including suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues ensuring 100 percent guest satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment
- monitor daily activities to ensure food quality and cleanliness standards
- manage cash control, security procedures, financial reports, and schedules
- control food costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory management
- manage labor costs through effective scheduling and sales performance monitoring
- perform additional duties as assigned
