Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in a fast-paced quick service restaurant or related field
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to uphold McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience running high volume quick service restaurants
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • experience in hospitality or retail management is desirable
  • ability to set goals and develop strategies to achieve them
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • age 18 or older

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
  • work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach Department Managers to improve performance and achieve departmental goals
  • oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
  • maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • manage staffing, scheduling, and overall restaurant supervision
  • monitor and improve restaurant financial performance
