Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in a fast-paced quick service restaurant or related field
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team
- effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to uphold McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience running high volume quick service restaurants
- strong leadership and team management skills
- experience in hospitality or retail management is desirable
- ability to set goals and develop strategies to achieve them
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- age 18 or older
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach Department Managers to improve performance and achieve departmental goals
- oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
- maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- manage staffing, scheduling, and overall restaurant supervision
- monitor and improve restaurant financial performance
