Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience
  • Completed food safety and sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to beginning work
  • Ability to manage hospitality operations
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • General knowledge of full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Strong operational skills in customer-service and hospitality environment
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Intermediate mathematical computation skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to manage changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Manage hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation and atmosphere
  • Assist General Manager to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company policy and standards
  • Ensure vendors and suppliers are compensated and meet business needs
  • Assist in hiring Front of House and Back of House employees
  • Support training and development of restaurant staff
  • Manage performance of all hourly employees, emphasizing Front of House staff
  • Assist with payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
  • Promote the business, build sales, increase profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain brand integrity
