Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience
- Completed food safety and sanitation training
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to beginning work
- Ability to manage hospitality operations
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Job Qualifications

- Successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- General knowledge of full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Strong operational skills in customer-service and hospitality environment
- Strong coaching skills
- Intermediate mathematical computation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Job Duties
- Manage hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation and atmosphere
- Assist General Manager to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company policy and standards
- Ensure vendors and suppliers are compensated and meet business needs
- Assist in hiring Front of House and Back of House employees
- Support training and development of restaurant staff
- Manage performance of all hourly employees, emphasizing Front of House staff
- Assist with payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
- Promote the business, build sales, increase profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain brand integrity
