Job Duties
- Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality experience by delivering great guest service
- Assist in supervising, coaching, and motivating front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Support the execution of opening, mid, and closing procedures
- Help onboard new team members and support ongoing training efforts
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving
