Job Duties

  • Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality experience by delivering great guest service
  • Assist in supervising, coaching, and motivating front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Support the execution of opening, mid, and closing procedures
  • Help onboard new team members and support ongoing training efforts
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving
