Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in casual restaurant industry
- high school diploma preferred
- proficiency in POS systems
- current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- formal culinary training preferred
- ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- availability to work during evenings, holidays, weekends
- strong knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
