Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • formal culinary training preferred
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • availability to work during evenings, holidays, weekends
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
