Job Requirements
- Minimum one-year management experience in a luxury hotel or independent restaurant
- Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
- In depth food and beverage knowledge
- Understanding of LQA/Forbes standards
- Familiarity with restaurant management software including OpenTable and InfoGenesis
- Strong guest service skills including conflict management and service recovery
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Hotel Management or Business Degree preferred

Job Duties
- Direct day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members
- Provides mentoring, coaching, training, and regular feedback to improve team member performance
- Analyse guest feedback and satisfaction and identify ways to deliver Relationship Hospitality, exceeding expectations
- Participate in and maintain the marketing of food and beverage marketing programs and promotions for the restaurant and bar by working collaboratively with the Director of Operations
- Manage daily reservations and guests' special requests
- Plan and oversee menu changes, updates, and enhancements as appropriate
- Schedule and manage payroll
- Manage day to day expenses and drive revenue opportunities
- Educate and train all team members in compliance with Forbes, LQA and Rosewood Brand and operating standards
- Support and assist where required all Food and Beverage operations
