Job Requirements
- More than two years of post-high school education
- licensed as a bartender through the Oklahoma ABLE Commission
- ServSafe certified
- two to three full years of full employment in a related position
- excellent management and communication skills
- ability to investigate and analyze current activities
- availability to work flexible forty to fifty hours per week over five days
- ability to follow policies and procedures
- commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Manage the human resources in various outlets to attract, retain and motivate employees
- hire, schedule, train, develop, coach, and counsel staff
- conduct performance and salary reviews
- implement company programs and manage operations of restaurant, room service and other food and beverage outlets
- ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and federal, state and local regulations
- forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on budgets including labor, food, beverage costs and supplies
- respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems
- create, recommend and implement promotions, displays and buffet presentations
- monitor and control maintenance and sanitation of outlet areas and equipment
- update cash register system and prepare reports as needed
- perform special projects and participate in task forces and committees
