Job Requirements
- Meet all physical requirements for roles in the career path, including Assistant Coach, Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member
- Minimum 2 years in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Experience managing and developing at least 6 team members per shift
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification
- Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States

- Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable products
- Familiarity with operational and scheduling technology tools
- Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills

- Highly organized with experience in scheduling, coaching, and performance oversight
Job Duties
- Partner with Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training team members
- Foster a culture of trust and recognition within the team
- Anticipate operational needs and adjust staff deployment for smooth operations
- Provide hands-on coaching and support during peak times or staffing gaps
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards
- Inspect food quality and check temperatures regularly
- Resolve facility, supply, and quality issues promptly
- Ensure a clean and hospitable guest journey aligned with brand standards
- Act on guest experience metrics and make timely business decisions
- Manage controllable costs and execute employee schedules effectively
- Collaborate with Head Coach to drive sales and implement strategies
- Troubleshoot operational systems and prioritize tasks for efficient execution
- Perform essential functions of Shift Leader, including Kitchen Lead and Team Member responsibilities
