Job Requirements

  • Meet all physical requirements for roles in the career path, including Assistant Coach, Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member
  • Minimum 2 years in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Experience managing and developing at least 6 team members per shift
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in fast casual restaurant chains
  • Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable products
  • Familiarity with operational and scheduling technology tools
  • Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make confident decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication and team-building abilities
  • Highly organized with experience in scheduling, coaching, and performance oversight

Job Duties

  • Partner with Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training team members
  • Foster a culture of trust and recognition within the team
  • Anticipate operational needs and adjust staff deployment for smooth operations
  • Provide hands-on coaching and support during peak times or staffing gaps
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards
  • Inspect food quality and check temperatures regularly
  • Resolve facility, supply, and quality issues promptly
  • Ensure a clean and hospitable guest journey aligned with brand standards
  • Act on guest experience metrics and make timely business decisions
  • Manage controllable costs and execute employee schedules effectively
  • Collaborate with Head Coach to drive sales and implement strategies
  • Troubleshoot operational systems and prioritize tasks for efficient execution
  • Perform essential functions of Shift Leader, including Kitchen Lead and Team Member responsibilities
