Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- For alcohol serving restaurants, must meet all state-mandated age requirements
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and walk for long periods
- Ability to push, lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach with hands and use fine motor skills
- Ability to bend and stoop
- Ability to taste and smell
- Ability to verbally communicate
- Ability to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and adjust focus
- Ability to access all areas of the restaurant including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Flexible availability including weekends and various shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required

- College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff in line with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise employee performance
- Reward and discipline employees
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior to create a hospitable atmosphere
- Assist team members with duties as needed
- Build store sales through execution of marketing programs
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control day-to-day operations including cash control, financial reviews, and schedules
- Manage food costs via recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- Control labor costs through effective use of labor scheduling tools
- Perform other duties as assigned
