Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of three years experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable and trustworthy personality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of industry experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to step into bartending or serving positions as needed

  • Ability to handle cash accurately

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
  • Create bar schedules to ensure adequate staffing
  • Balance cash drawers
  • Handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant patrons and employees
  • Ensure that equipment, lights, etc. are turned off and lock doors
  • Answer phone calls and handle banquet information
  • Be flexible and remain calm under stressful situations
