Job Requirements

- Minimum of three years experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Create bar schedules to ensure adequate staffing
- Balance cash drawers
- Handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant patrons and employees
- Ensure that equipment, lights, etc. are turned off and lock doors
- Answer phone calls and handle banquet information
- Be flexible and remain calm under stressful situations
