- Minimum of 2 years salaried experience in a restaurant management role
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Knowledge of culinary standards and beverage operations
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of front and back of house
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
- Lead and develop the restaurant team while fostering good morale
- Ensure high standards of guest service and restaurant ambiance
- Adapt to the demands of a high volume bar and beverage operation
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Director of Operations for seamless operations
- Maintain consistent results in service and quality
