Job Duties
- Support the General Manager in developing restaurant operating plans for business growth and guest satisfaction
- Plan schedules and analyze staffing needs ensuring proper training and development
- Address changing business demands with discretion
- Ensure all menu items are prepared and served according to Brand Standards
- Maintain proper inventory levels for food and non-food items using company guidelines
- Direct operational execution to ensure guest satisfaction and a clean environment
- Uphold compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Enforce preventive maintenance, safety, and sanitation standards
- Promote and teach Company values focusing on safety
- Manage controllable expenses including labor, cash, repairs, and food costs
- Monitor local market trends and implement marketing programs
- Maintain a positive work environment and communicate employee relations issues
- Manage conflicts and disagreements constructively
