Job Requirements

  • 21 plus years of age
  • Two plus years of experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, noisy environments with distracting conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Two plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor

Job Duties

  • Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest's expectations
  • Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
  • Interacting with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and continuous professional development
  • Living our core values along with leading others to do so while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results
  • Managing cost of goods sold and labor effectively
  • Overseeing all aspects of the business from daily operations to strategic initiatives
  • Handling high-volume business days and fast-paced, noisy environments
