Job Duties

  • Leads through service and supports team members
  • Maintains team and guest focus during each shift
  • Partners with management to coach and train team members
  • Delegates responsibilities to maintain Points of Service
  • Engages with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Enforces health department and sanitation standards
  • Oversees cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
  • Manages shift safety and holds team accountable
  • Ensures food preparation standards are met
  • Supports achievement of financial objectives
  • Participates in team meetings
  • Prepares schedules and conducts management meetings
  • Performs related duties as assigned
