Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform basic math operations
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with initiative and responsibility
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must possess valid driver's license and insurance
  • Use personal vehicle for business
  • Ability to stand and walk majority of shift
  • Ability to lift moderate weight
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer keyboard

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
  • Minimum 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
  • Completed Restaurant Manager training classes
  • ServSafe certified
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficient with personal computers and related software
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • Monitor staffing and training systems adherence
  • Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and brand policies
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve guest service and food quality
  • Respond to guest concerns and ensure positive resolution
  • Analyze operational and financial performance and implement improvements
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand image
  • Monitor costs and adhere to budget and restaurant goals
