Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years prior restaurant leadership experience
  • prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
  • ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
  • adherence to state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
  • strong communication skills
  • strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • excellent computer skills
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to perform necessary physical tasks including reaching, bending, and verbal communication
  • compliance with company safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff in line with company policies and legal requirements
  • recruit, interview, train, assign work, appraise performance, reward, discipline, and resolve staff issues
  • coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior creating a warm and hospitable environment
  • assist team members with job duties when needed
  • execute corporate and local marketing programs to build sales
  • champion suggestive selling and maximize table turnover and sales per guest
  • welcome guests and resolve food quality or service issues
  • maintain efficient operations and control costs
  • ensure compliance with OSHA and health and safety codes
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor quality food preparation and cleanliness
  • manage cash control, financial reports, and scheduling
  • control food and labor costs through inventory and scheduling tools
  • perform other assigned duties
