Job Duties
- Managing all areas of operations during scheduled shifts including on the spot decision making
- supporting staff
- ensuring 100 percent interaction with guests
- assessing staffing needs and recruiting staff
- monitoring purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of food and beverage products to ensure compliance with recipe, portion, and specification standards
- acting as a support system for all restaurant areas
- organizing and directing training programs
- maintaining a spotlessly clean and safe restaurant
- ensuring the highest quality levels of product and hospitality
- leading and living by the company's PRIDE values
