Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience managing large teams
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be willing to work onsite full-time

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Oversee inventory management and order supplies efficiently
  • Provide coaching and development to team members through effective feedback
  • Build strong relationships with guests to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards
  • Develop and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs
