Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant management
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry

  • Familiarity with restaurant management software Toast preferred
  • Ability to coordinate and manage a team effectively

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role
  • Possess extensive knowledge of food and beverage with the ability to inform customers and guide wait staff on ingredients and dishes
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively coordinate and inspire staff
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software Toast is preferred
  • Showcase a demonstrated ability to efficiently coordinate and manage a diverse team

Job Duties

  • Ensure the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
  • Maintain operational excellence to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively
  • Guarantee adherence to all laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the restaurant industry
  • Cultivate a welcoming restaurant atmosphere that resonates with both patrons and employees
  • Undertake various other tasks as required to contribute to the overall success of the establishment
