- college degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
- at least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions or functions
- must possess a valid driver's license in good standing

Job Duties
- support the general manager by providing coaching to the team
- create a fun and inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued
- identify 5 star talent and put the right people in the right places at the right time through effective scheduling
- manage daily operations and staff of the restaurant with support of general manager or district manager
- drive sales and profits
- staff, hire and train team members
- ensure excellent food quality, service and cleanliness
- drive teamwork
- complete administrative tasks as required of the position
