Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Ability to stand for entire shift and walk for long periods
- Ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and use hands/fingers
- Ability to taste and smell
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively
- Ability to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- Ability to freely access all restaurant areas
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with CDC, local and state guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- College and/or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise performance
- Reward and discipline employees
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Build store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests
- Investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control day-to-day operations including cash control and schedule review
- Manage food costs by following recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- Monitor labor costs and use labor scheduling tools effectively
- Perform all other assigned duties
