Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum of 2 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- must comply with all state-mandated age requirements if alcohol serving
- ability to perform physical demands including standing for entire shifts, walking long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and effective communication
- ability to maintain safe work environment and adhere to OSHA and company safety policies
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in a leadership role
- at least 2 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with category job duties as needed
- build store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations and cost controls
- ensure OSHA, local health and safety, and company safety policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control and security procedures
- control food costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs through effective scheduling
- perform other assigned duties
