Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Associates degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred
- Minimum of 2 years working in a restaurant environment for external candidates
- Good record of achieving results and above average knowledge of brand operating procedures for internal candidates
- Ability to adapt to business needs and solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment
- Functional understanding of profit and loss statements, cost controls, and restaurant operations
- Demonstrates stamina, focus, compliance, and service-driven abilities
- Ability to speak, write and comprehend English in a business setting
- Successful completion of background and drug screening
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Must be organized, flexible and able to deal with various personalities
- Basic computer skills
- Excel preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist the management team in staffing of the restaurant and daily operational and procedural activities
- Supervise and direct staff to assure guests are treated promptly and courteously
- Ensure products are prepared as specified in both quality and quantity and the restaurant is maintained properly
- Adhere to all standards for food safety and sanitation
- Assist in recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training for hourly team members
- Evaluate performance and recommend wage increases for hourly team members
- Initiate disciplinary action and/or termination for hourly team members
- Utilize company-training tools to provide staff training
- Maintain restaurant equipment and facilities per company guidelines
- Perform regular administrative tasks including payroll and inventory ordering
- Ensure proper accounting of restaurant funds and conduct register and safe audits
- Manage employee schedules and report all guest and employee accidents
- Investigate, resolve, and respond to guest complaints
- Attend store, market, and company meetings and training sessions
- Assist with planning and implementation of local store marketing activities
- Ensure execution of accounting functions and compliance with internal audit guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
