Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years working in a restaurant environment for external candidates
- Good knowledge of brand operating procedures for internal candidates
- Ability to adapt and solve problems quickly
- Ability to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Successful background and drug screening
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to speak, write, and comprehend English in a business setting
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in business administration or hospitality preferred
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Capable of adapting to business needs and problem-solving efficiently
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment
- Functional understanding of profit and loss statements, cost controls, and restaurant operations
- Demonstrates stamina, focus, compliance, and customer service skills while managing shifts
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience for external candidates with demonstrated career growth
- Good record and above average knowledge of brand operating procedures for internal candidates
- Effective English communication skills in writing, speaking, and comprehension
- Successful completion of background and drug screening
Job Duties
- Assist the management team in staffing of the restaurant and daily operational and procedural activities to ensure efficient operation in line with company policy and state and federal laws
- Supervise and direct hourly team members to provide prompt, courteous guest service, maintain product quality and quantity, and uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training of hourly team members, evaluate performance, recommend wage increases, and administer disciplinary actions
- Utilize company training tools to educate hourly team members on restaurant operations
- Maintain restaurant equipment and facilities as per company guidelines and coordinate necessary repairs with Division Leader
- Perform administrative tasks including new hire paperwork, payroll actions, inventory ordering, audits, fund deposits, employee scheduling, and incident reporting
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints
- Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions to stay current with certifications
- Assist General Manager with planning and executing local marketing activities
- Ensure proper accounting functions and compliance with internal audit guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
