Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a restaurant environment for external candidates
  • Good knowledge of brand operating procedures for internal candidates
  • Ability to adapt and solve problems quickly
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Successful background and drug screening
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to speak, write, and comprehend English in a business setting

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree in business administration or hospitality preferred
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Capable of adapting to business needs and problem-solving efficiently
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment
  • Functional understanding of profit and loss statements, cost controls, and restaurant operations
  • Demonstrates stamina, focus, compliance, and customer service skills while managing shifts
  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience for external candidates with demonstrated career growth
  • Good record and above average knowledge of brand operating procedures for internal candidates
  • Effective English communication skills in writing, speaking, and comprehension
  • Successful completion of background and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Assist the management team in staffing of the restaurant and daily operational and procedural activities to ensure efficient operation in line with company policy and state and federal laws
  • Supervise and direct hourly team members to provide prompt, courteous guest service, maintain product quality and quantity, and uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training of hourly team members, evaluate performance, recommend wage increases, and administer disciplinary actions
  • Utilize company training tools to educate hourly team members on restaurant operations
  • Maintain restaurant equipment and facilities as per company guidelines and coordinate necessary repairs with Division Leader
  • Perform administrative tasks including new hire paperwork, payroll actions, inventory ordering, audits, fund deposits, employee scheduling, and incident reporting
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints
  • Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions to stay current with certifications
  • Assist General Manager with planning and executing local marketing activities
  • Ensure proper accounting functions and compliance with internal audit guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned
