  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
  • Willingness to work holidays and weekends
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English

  • Lead and manage front-of-house and back-of-house store operations
  • Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
  • Drive business results through effective team management
  • Train, develop and support team members
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and service
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
