Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior restaurant management experience
  • ability and willingness to work long hours
  • flexibility to work holidays and weekends
  • caring attitude focused on hospitality
  • fluency in English
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to perform job duties

Job Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of successful restaurant management experience
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including five 10-hour shifts
  • availability to work holidays and weekends as required
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in English
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Manage front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • oversee inventory management and control costs
  • train and develop staff for performance and growth
  • handle scheduling and labor management
  • drive sales and achieve financial goals
