Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house functions
- Ensure excellent guest and employee experiences through effective people leadership
- Execute business strategies to drive sales and achieve business goals
- Provide coaching, training, and support to staff to promote growth and development
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Collaborate with home office support and utilize available resources to enhance operational efficiency
- Foster a culture of care, hospitality, and teamwork within the restaurant team
