Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

  • Minimum 2 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven capability in managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Fluent in English

  • Ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends as needed

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house functions
  • Ensure excellent guest and employee experiences through effective people leadership
  • Execute business strategies to drive sales and achieve business goals
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to staff to promote growth and development
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with home office support and utilize available resources to enhance operational efficiency
  • Foster a culture of care, hospitality, and teamwork within the restaurant team
