Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications as required by state law
  • formal culinary training preferred
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
  • availability to work open hours including evenings, holidays, weekends
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • able to meet physical demands of the restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead dining room operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • oversee service flow and coordinate with kitchen staff
  • guide and motivate the team to uphold brand and service standards
  • monitor compliance with safety and operational procedures
  • resolve conflicts positively and maintain a productive work environment
  • manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
  • participate in training and development of team members
