Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
- high school diploma preferred
- proficiency in POS systems
- current alcohol and food certifications as required by state law
- formal culinary training preferred
- ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
- availability to work open hours including evenings, holidays, weekends
- strong knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- able to meet physical demands of the restaurant environment
