Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Must have and maintain ServSafe certification
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work a 50-hour work week including all shifts
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced and noisy environment
- Ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism and discretion
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Capability to follow directions and lead team effectively
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- One year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and policies
- Experience with supervisory and interviewing practices
- Skilled in crew orientation and training programs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide coaching to team members to foster a positive work environment
- Identify and hire 5-Star talent ensuring proper staffing
- Manage daily operations including labor costs, sales, and profits
- Monitor product quality and customer satisfaction
- Train crew on customer service, new products, and operational procedures
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and oversee inventory and security
- Address crew performance issues and conduct timely reviews
