- At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties
- Provide coaching to the team to foster a positive work environment
- Identify 5 Star Talent and ensure appropriate staffing through effective scheduling
- Support the General Manager and District Manager in managing daily restaurant operations
- Drive sales and profits through operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Oversee hiring and training processes for new and existing team members
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and timely
