Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
  • At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties

  • Provide coaching to the team to foster a positive work environment
  • Identify 5 Star Talent and ensure appropriate staffing through effective scheduling
  • Support the General Manager and District Manager in managing daily restaurant operations
  • Drive sales and profits through operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee hiring and training processes for new and existing team members
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
  • Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and timely
