- At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry

- Valid Driver's License in good standing

- Support the General Manager by coaching and developing team members
- Create a positive and respectful work environment
- Identify and schedule 5 Star Talent effectively
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff
- Drive sales and profitability through operational excellence
- Oversee staffing, hiring, and training of team members
- Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Promote teamwork among staff
- Complete required administrative tasks
