Job Requirements

  • Availability to work any shift including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work a 50-hour workweek including 5 days of 10-hour shifts
  • Experience hiring and developing staff
  • Willingness to adhere to Wendy's standards and procedures
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
  • Valid legal authorization to work

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management
