- proven experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role is preferred

Job Duties
- managing daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and shift management
- ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising staff on best practices in hospitality management
- oversee inventory control including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety standards are met and maintained
- monitor financial performance including budgeting and cost control measures to optimize profitability
- address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness organization and compliance with health regulations
