Job Duties

  • managing daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and shift management
  • ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising staff on best practices in hospitality management
  • oversee inventory control including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety standards are met and maintained
  • monitor financial performance including budgeting and cost control measures to optimize profitability
  • address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness organization and compliance with health regulations
