Job Requirements

- Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Coach and develop restaurant team members
- Manage inventory and supply orders
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- Maintain operational efficiency and restaurant standards
- Handle staffing and scheduling
- Resolve guest and employee issues promptly
