Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- prior leadership experience
- excellent communication skills

- physical ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, and use hands for manual tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- assigning, and directing work
- appraising performance
- rewarding and disciplining employees
- addressing complaints and resolving problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure employee success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- occasionally assist team members with job duties as needed
- assist with building store sales by ensuring execution of corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests, investigating and resolving food quality or service issues
- assist in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities for food quality and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control, reviewing financial reports and schedules
- control food costs through recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- perform all other duties as assigned
