Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
  • prior leadership experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • physical ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
  • assigning, and directing work

  • addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • coach and mentor team members to ensure employee success and guest satisfaction

  • assist with building store sales by ensuring execution of corporate and local marketing programs
  • champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • meet and greet guests, investigating and resolving food quality or service issues
  • assist in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company policies are met
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor daily activities for food quality and cleanliness standards
  • control day-to-day operations including cash control, reviewing financial reports and schedules
  • control food costs through recipes, portion control, and inventory management
  • control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
  • perform all other duties as assigned
