Job Requirements

  • 3 plus years experience in the restaurant industry
  • prior management experience required
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • exceptional organization and leadership skills
  • dependable and reliable
  • must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • reliable means of transportation
  • 50 hours work week minimum
  • must be able to work well under pressure
  • must be friendly and outgoing
  • must work well with others and show respect to co workers

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • implement and enforce restaurant standards, policies, and procedures
  • lead and motivate staff to provide exceptional guest experiences
  • oversee scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • monitor inventory and order supplies
  • handle customer concerns and feedback promptly
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
