Job Duties

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations

  • Oversee client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare staffing guidelines and sales forecasts
  • Manage budgets including weekly revenue and labor cost forecasts
  • Collaborate with Operations departments to ensure event success
