Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 plus years experience managing a service concept with profit and loss responsibility
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 lbs
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably a college degree
  • More than 3 years experience managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Proficiency in using management information systems for analysis

Job Duties

  • Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service
  • Utilize management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
