Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant or related hospitality management
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • experience with team management and training
  • knowledge of inventory and ordering processes

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • coach and develop team through effective feedback and training
  • oversee daily restaurant operations including inventory and ordering
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • maintain organized and deadline-driven environment focused on achieving business results
  • build positive relationships with guests and team members
  • master all restaurant positions to effectively support and mentor staff
