- Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the restaurant and associated outlets
- supervise staff to ensure excellent guest service
- promote profitability for the hotel through effective management
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- manage inventory and supplies efficiently
- provide training and development opportunities for team members
- handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
