Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years supervisory customer service experience
  • at least one year full-service dining experience
  • management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the restaurant and associated outlets
  • supervise staff to ensure excellent guest service
  • promote profitability for the hotel through effective management
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • manage inventory and supplies efficiently
  • provide training and development opportunities for team members
  • handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
