Job Duties
- Ensures customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goals
- Prepares and ensures all colleagues prepare consistent, high quality products
- Achieves standards for a clean and organized restaurant and colleague image
- Recruits, hires, trains, and evaluates colleagues per company procedures
- Develops a productive team through communication, delegation, and discipline
- Ensures a safe, secure, and harassment-free work environment
- Completes all paperwork accurately for daily, weekly, and period end activities
- Performs labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections
- Maintains restaurant equipment for optimal operation
- Manages financial responsibilities and cost control goals
- Implements local marketing events and in-store promotions to increase sales
