Job Duties

  • Ensures customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goals
  • Prepares and ensures all colleagues prepare consistent, high quality products
  • Achieves standards for a clean and organized restaurant and colleague image
  • Recruits, hires, trains, and evaluates colleagues per company procedures
  • Develops a productive team through communication, delegation, and discipline
  • Ensures a safe, secure, and harassment-free work environment
  • Completes all paperwork accurately for daily, weekly, and period end activities
  • Performs labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections
  • Maintains restaurant equipment for optimal operation
  • Manages financial responsibilities and cost control goals
  • Implements local marketing events and in-store promotions to increase sales
