Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with restaurant operations
