Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • lead and inspire the restaurant team to achieve sales growth and superior guest service
  • coach team members to uphold high standards and foster a respectful working environment
  • manage daily restaurant operations including food quality, safety, sanitation, and facilities
  • oversee training and development programs for staff to improve performance and skills
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • monitor financial performance and work towards profitability goals
  • create a welcoming atmosphere for guests that enhances their dining experience
