Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
  • At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions / functions
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties

  • Provide coaching to the team to enhance performance
  • Create a fun and inviting work environment where employees feel respected and valued
  • Identify and schedule 5 Star Talent effectively to optimize staffing
  • Manage daily restaurant operations under the guidance of the General Manager or District Manager
  • Drive sales and profits through effective team and operational management
  • Support hiring and training processes for new team members
  • Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
  • Foster teamwork and complete administrative tasks as required
