- At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions / functions
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties
- Provide coaching to the team to enhance performance
- Create a fun and inviting work environment where employees feel respected and valued
- Identify and schedule 5 Star Talent effectively to optimize staffing
- Manage daily restaurant operations under the guidance of the General Manager or District Manager
- Drive sales and profits through effective team and operational management
- Support hiring and training processes for new team members
- Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Foster teamwork and complete administrative tasks as required
