Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work up to 50 hours per week including weekends
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Flexibility to work variable pay by location
  • Commitment to maintaining quality and service standards

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a related hospitality role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and operational logistics

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including inventory, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Foster a team-oriented environment that supports growth and collaboration
  • Collaborate with General Manager to achieve restaurant goals and objectives
