Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or food service management
- Availability to work 50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring excellent service and quality food
- Manage and lead the restaurant team fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Coordinate scheduling and labor management maintaining compliance with work hour guidelines
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support smooth operations
- Implement company policies and participate in performance reviews and employee development
