Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or food service management
  • Availability to work 50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring excellent service and quality food
  • Manage and lead the restaurant team fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Coordinate scheduling and labor management maintaining compliance with work hour guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support smooth operations
  • Implement company policies and participate in performance reviews and employee development
