Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Compliance with all applicable health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Ability to adapt to changing safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to support company policies and maintain professional conduct

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
  • Assigning and directing work
  • Appraising performance
  • Rewarding and disciplining employees
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure employee success and guest satisfaction
  • Modeling professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
  • Assisting team members with category job duties as needed
  • Assisting with building store sales and execution of marketing programs
  • Championing sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Meeting and greeting guests, resolving food quality/service issues
  • Maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
  • Enforcing safe work behaviors
  • Monitoring food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Controlling daily operations, cash control, security procedures, reviewing reports and schedules
  • Controlling food costs through recipe adherence, portion control, inventory management
  • Controlling labor costs via scheduling and sales performance monitoring
  • Performing all other assigned duties
