Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food or casual dining preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- Physical ability to stand and walk long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must comply with state alcohol serving age requirements where applicable
- Ability to use hands to handle objects and tools
- Ability to bend, stoop, and effectively communicate verbally
- Visual acuity including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- Must be able to access all restaurant areas
- Must adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College or culinary education preferred

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise performance
- Reward and discipline employees
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior while creating a hospitable atmosphere
- Occasionally assist team members with job duties as needed
- Assist with building store sales through corporate and local marketing programs
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests
- Investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- Assist in maintaining efficient operations and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness
- Control day-to-day operations including cash control and reviewing financial reports
- Control food costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory management
- Control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- Perform all other assigned duties
