Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
  • Ability to learn and apply Wendy's standard operating procedures, policies and Human Resources policies
  • Ability to provide supervisory practices
  • Ability to complete corporate training programs including crew positional training, Management Institute courses and food safety training
  • Authorization to work in the location of the franchise
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management or supervisory experience in the foodservice industry preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and standards
  • Ability to apply company policies and standard operating procedures

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in daily operations management
  • Participate in achieving store objectives
  • Assist in interviewing, recommending, selecting and training shift supervisors and crew members
  • Foster effective communication and engagement among team members
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service at all times
  • Participate in maintaining a positive work environment and culture
  • Complete recommended corporate training programs
