Job Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Ability to learn and apply Wendy's standard operating procedures, policies and Human Resources policies
- Ability to provide supervisory practices
- Ability to complete corporate training programs including crew positional training, Management Institute courses and food safety training
- Authorization to work in the location of the franchise
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management or supervisory experience in the foodservice industry preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Knowledge of food safety practices and standards
- Ability to apply company policies and standard operating procedures
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations management
- Participate in achieving store objectives
- Assist in interviewing, recommending, selecting and training shift supervisors and crew members
- Foster effective communication and engagement among team members
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service at all times
- Participate in maintaining a positive work environment and culture
- Complete recommended corporate training programs
