Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year Cracker Barrel experience
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage busy shifts
